Ouch

So after my spa yesterday, this free thing i went for, i went to bed with a backache. and it's not funny. I can't touch my toes. And it hurt wearing my jeans today. i don't noe y. and i'm a bit angry. cos i'm supposed to feel relaxed, relieved of tension, happy, basically, 'spa-ed'.

Ouch.

But before i go on to complain about the spa, i have to say i'm unsure whether i can prove causation. ha. mayb i hurt it by some mysterious way...mayb i should go swimming sometime.

i miss poddie. sigh.
